Cancellation & Refund Terms

At AR Thanga Kottai, we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional and uninterrupted experience. Due to the high demand and exclusive nature of our property, we strictly enforce the following cancellation terms:

• Non-Refundable: The booking amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a booking is confirmed, no cash refunds or credit card reversals will be issued for cancellations.
• Amendments: Amendments to bookings (such as changing room types or adjusting guest counts) are allowed, but applicable charges or rate differences may apply.
• Date Changes: Requests for date changes are permitted and applicable for weekdays only. All date changes are subject to room availability and must be communicated well in advance.
• No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no adjustments or date changes will be accommodated.

Force Majeure

AR Thanga Kottai shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or transportation disruptions. In such rare instances, the management may review requests on a case-by-case basis to offer alternative dates, but refunds remain strictly prohibited.
